    Cappuccino Popsicles Recipe - Iced Coffee Popsicles with step wise pictures.

    This one is my favorite popsicle. On hot summer days when the weather is too hot for having a hot cup of coffee then this one is perfect.

    Super refreshing and easy popsicle recipe which can be made in minutes. This iced coffee popsicles is so delicious and can be made easily.

    I love making popsicles during this hot weather. My mom is a fan of my popsicles so i try to make it often. Since i am in a popsicle making mood. She started demanding many popsicle recipes to me. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

    Cappuccino Popsicles Recipe

    This one is my favorite popsicle. On hot summer days when the weather is too hot for having a hot cup of coffee then this one is perfect.

    Servings: 4 to 6 popsicles

    Ingredients

    • Milk - 2 cups
    • Sweetened condensed milk - ¼ cup
    • Sugar - ½ cup
    • Instant Coffee Powder - 1.5 tblsp

    Instructions

    • Take milk, condensed milk and sugar and bring it to a boil.
    • Add coffee powder and whisk till frothy.
    • Cool this down and pour it into popsicle mould.
    • Freeze overnight.
    • Run the mould under tap water and unmould.
    • Serve.

    Pictorial:

    1)Take milk in a sauce pan

    2)Add in sweetened condensed milk.

    3)Add in sugar to taste

    4)Add instant coffee powder

    5)Heat and bring it to a boil.

    6)Keep whisking and set aside to cool

    7)Take popsicle mould

    8)Pour it in

    9)Leave some space on top.

    10)Cover it and freeze overnight.

    11)Run the mould under tap water and unmould. Serve.
