    Carrot Sabzi Recipe

    Carrot Besan Sabzi is a delicious side dish for rice or roti. It has gram flour tossed over it which makes it so tasty.

    How to Make Carrot Sabzi

    • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves,
    • Add in carrots and salt and toss well. Cover and cook till done.
    • Now add in chilli powder and turmeric and toss well.
    • Add gram flour and saute for 5 to 6 mins.
    • Serve.

    Simple and easy carrot sabzi made using carrots and besan. The curry taste delicious and is easy to make as well.

    Ingredients

    • Oil - 2 tblspn
    • Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
    • Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
    • Curry leaves a sprig
    • Carrots - 2 chopped
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
    • Gram flour / Besan - 2 tblspn

    Instructions

    • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and curry leaves,
    • Add in carrots and salt and toss well. Cover and cook till done.
    • Now add in chilli powder and turmeric and toss well.
    • Add gram flour and saute for 5 to 6 mins.
