Carrot Raita Recipe – Easy Sidedish for Biryani with step wise pictures.
Cooling carrot raita which taste super yummy with a plate of pulao or biryani. This is a simple raita which you can make and enjoy. You can enjoy this with some fresh roti as well.
You definitely need a bowl of cooling raita whenever you have biryani. This coolness calms down all the spices going through the spicy biryani. I have already shared a cherry tomato raita which is a little special one. This one is regular carrot raita, the making of raita is very similar but i just want to share it here because it will give you idea about the possiblities of all the raita which you can make.

- Carrot - 1 grated
- Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1 cup
- Mix all ingredients together and serve with pulao or biryani.
1)Take grated carrot in a bowl
2)Add in green chillies
3)Add in salt, and sugar
5)Add in some yogurt
