    Cheesiest Veg Sandwich Recipe - Vegetable & Cheese Sandwich Recipe with Step wise pictures.

    This is one delicious cheesiest sandwich. You can add lots of veggies in this as per your liking. The creamy cheesy sauce covers all the veggies and makes it even more tasty.. This recipe is perfect to put in your kids lunch box or makes a great party food too.

    Cheesiest Veg Sandwich Recipe

    Delicious cheesiest vegetable sandwich which taste so delicious. A great way to sneak veggies in your kids diet.

    Ingredients
      

    • Oil - 1 tblsp + 1 tblsp
    • Garlic - 3 cloves minced
    • Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
    • Bell Peppers / Capsicum - 1 sliced thinly
    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 tblsp
    • Milk - ½ cup
    • Cheese - 1 cup cubed
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Italian Seasoning to taste
    • Bread slices as needed
    • Oil or butter for pan frying bread

    Instructions
     

    • Heat 1 tblsp oil in a pan, add onions and saute for a min. Add in bell peppers and saute for 2 to 3 mins.
    • Season with salt, pepper and italian seasoning. Remove it to a bowl.
    • In the same pan, add 1 tblsp of oil and add in all purpose flour. Mix well till raw smell leaves.
    • Add in milk and mix well. Add in the cheese and mix till it is melted.
    • Add in salt and pepper to taste.
    • Add the veggies and mix well.
    • Take bread slice, spoon some filling in and cover with another bread. Toast both sides in a pan till golden.
    • Remove and serve.

    3)Saute till the veggies are translucent

    4)Add in salt and pepper to taste

    5)Add in oregano or italian seasoning

    6)Saute for a min

    7)Remove it to a bowl

    8)Heat some more oil in the same pan

    9)Add in some minced garlic 

    10)Add in some all purpose flour / maida

    11)Saute till raw smell leaves

    12)Add in milk

    13)Mix till it thickens

    14)Add in cheese

    15)Mix till it is melted

    16)Add in salt and pepper

    17)Add in sauted onions and peppers

    18)Mix well

    19)Take bread slice

    20)Spread with topping

    21)Toast bread till golden on both sides

    22)Serve
