Singapore Veg Fried Rice
Singapore Fried Rice a spicy main course to start with, i loved it so much that i made it so many times by now..One of the main thing which you need is chilli oil..So make sure you make that stuff first.
Ingredients for Singapore Veg Fried Rice
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Basmati Rice - 5 cups cooked and cooled
- Ginger - 1 tbsp finely chopped
- Garlic - 6 cloves finely chopped
- Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
- Dry Red Chilli - 2
- Onion - 1 sliced thinly
- Carrots - 1 finely chopped
- Beans - 10 finely chopped
- Cabbage - 1 cup finely chopped
- Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli Oil - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Ajinomoto - a pinch to taste
- Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped

How to Make Singapore Veg Fried Rice
- Take all the vegetables in a microwave safe bowl and cook it for 5 mins.
- Heat oil in a kadai till smoking. Add in finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
- Add in onions and saute till golden.
- Add in cooked vegetables and saute for 5 mins or so.
- Now add in salt, sugar, pepper, chilli and garam masala powder. Saute for a min.
- Add in cooked rice and mix well.
- Add in chilli oil and toss well. Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
- Serve.
