    Singapore Veg Fried Rice Recipe with step by step pictures. This is a spicy rice recipe with different vegetables which is filled with delicious flavors and textures.

    Singapore Veg Fried Rice

    Singapore Fried Rice a spicy main course to start with, i loved it so much that i made it so many times by now..One of the main thing which you need is chilli oil..So make sure you make that stuff first.

    Ingredients for Singapore Veg Fried Rice

    • Oil - 1 tbsp
    • Basmati Rice - 5 cups cooked and cooled
    • Ginger - 1 tbsp finely chopped
    • Garlic - 6 cloves finely chopped
    • Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
    • Dry Red Chilli - 2
    • Onion - 1 sliced thinly
    • Carrots - 1 finely chopped
    • Beans - 10 finely chopped
    • Cabbage - 1 cup finely chopped
    • Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
    • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
    • Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
    • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    • Chilli Oil - 3 tbsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 1 tbsp
    • Ajinomoto - a pinch to taste
    • Coriander Leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped

    How to Make Singapore Veg Fried Rice

    1. Take all the vegetables in a microwave safe bowl and cook it for 5 mins.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai till smoking. Add in finely chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
    3. Add in onions and saute till golden.
    4. Add in cooked vegetables and saute for 5 mins or so.
    5. Now add in salt, sugar, pepper, chilli and garam masala powder. Saute for a min.
    6. Add in cooked rice and mix well.
    7. Add in chilli oil and toss well. Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
    8. Serve.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • 5 cups cooked and cooled Basmati Rice
    • 1 tbsp finely chopped Ginger

    • 1 sliced thinly Onion
    • 1 finely chopped Carrots
    • 10 finely chopped Beans
    • 1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
    • 1 finely chopped Capsicum
    • 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
    • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
    • 3 tbsp Chilli Oil
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tbsp Sugar
    • Ajinomoto - a pinch to taste

      Hi it looks yummy.. I like to prepare this but i dont have microwave oven.. is there any other option available for this. Thanks.
