Fried chicken is loved by many and it is one of the most popular chicken recipe all around the world. Even I have tons of fried chicken recipe on the blog. Some of the most favorite one is my KFC popcorn chicken and KFC Fried chicken.

This one is a simple and straight forward chicken recipe with basic spices and flour. Batter fried chicken is an amazing recipe for amateur cooks since it involves basic ingredients.

All you need is to mix together flour, cornstarch baking powder, spices and water to make batter. Baking powder in the batter creates crispy texture. A secret step is to use soda water, club soda in the batter for even more crispy texture like tempura.
