This one is a simple and straight forward chicken recipe with basic spices and flour. Batter fried chicken is an amazing recipe for amateur cooks since it involves basic ingredients.

1)Heat oil for deep frying. Start by making the batter. It is super easy. Take chickpea flour, plain flour and rice flour in a bowl.

2)Add in garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper powder.

4)Pour in cold water and mix to a smooth lump free batter.

5)The batter shouldn't be too thick or too thin. It should coat the back of the spoon lightly. This is the consistency you are looking for.

6) Now Take your chicken tenders or chicken breast that is cut into long strips. Coat with plain cornstarch on both sides. This helps the batter coat the chicken really well.

7)Now take each chicken strips and dip this in the batter. The batter should coat the chicken like this.

8)Drop the chicken in hot oil and let them fry for 10 seconds to seal the batter in the chicken.

9)Now take a fork and dip in the batter.
