Chicken Peratal Recipe - Chicken Dry Roast Recipe with step wise pictures.

Super delicious chicken dish which not only taste really delicious. But is very easy to make too. This goes great with rice, rasam or curd rice.

When i was looking for dinner inspiration online, i came across a picture of a spicy chicken curry served with some naan. I got so inspired from that so i made it almost immediately.

This chicken dish is so easy to make, you dont need tomatoes and other stuffs. If you use small chicken pieces then it will be more tasty.

Made it today. Very easy and tasty. Thanks for the photos to explain every step. I also added potatoes 1" cube to cook at the same time with my boneless skinless thighs. Thank you Aarthi.
