    Pan Fried Cinnamon Banana Recipe

    Cinnamon Sugar Banana Roast taste so flavourful. You will make this over and over again once you eat it. It is great to put in your kids snacks box. I love banana roast, i have made it a version on my blog. This one is little different, it has a addition of cinnamon in it.

    Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas Recipe with step by step pictures. Bananas cooked in ghee or butter with cinnamon powder and sugar.

    I brought you one of my favorite, absolute favorite, all time favorite food in this world. This is so simple to make, but i have to share this with you guys, because i love it so much, starting from my childhood. Whenever i see some ripe plantains lying around the first thing i want to do is THIS ONE.

    How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Bananas

    You will be needing

    • Ripe plantains
    • sugar
    • ghee
    • cinnamon powder

    This is how you make

    1. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add bananas and cook till it is caramelized.
    2. Sprinkle over sugar and cook till it is melted and coated all over bananas.
    3. Add in cinnamon and mix well.
    4. Serve.

    Ingredients

    • 2 Ripe Nendran Pazham / Bananas
    • 1 tbsp Ghee or Butter
    • 2 tbsp Sugar
    • ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder

    Instructions

    • Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add bananas and cook till it is caramelized.
    • Sprinkle over sugar and cook till it is melted and coated all over bananas.
    • Add in cinnamon and mix well.
    • Serve.

    Pan Fried Cinnamon bananas recipe step by step

    1)Take ripe banana. Nendran pazham or Kerala Banana is best

    2)Peel off skin

    3)Slice into rounds

    4)Heat ghee or butter

    Nendrapazham Roast Recipe

    5)Place bananas

    6)Flip over and over and cook till bananas is browned

    7)Now it is roasted

    8)Add in sugar

    9)Cook till sugar is melted

    10)Sprinkle over some cinnamon

     

    11)Mix well

    12)Done

    13)Serve
