    Cinnamon Sugar Banana Roast taste so flavourful. You will make this over and over again once you eat it. It is great to put in your kids snacks box.

    I love banana roast, i have made it a version on my blog. This one is little different, it has a addition of cinnamon in it.

    I brought you one of my favorite, absolute favorite, all time favorite food in this world. This is so simple to make, but i have to share this with you guys, because i love it so much, starting from my childhood. Whenever i see some ripe plantains lying around the first thing i want to do is THIS ONE.

    Cinnamon Sugar Banana Roast Recipe

    This cinnamon flavoured bananas are so delicious. You will be making this over and over again. It is perfect to put in lunch box for kids.

    Ingredients
      

    • Ripe Nendran Pazham / Bananas - 2
    • Ghee or Butter - 1 tblsp
    • Sugar - 2 tblsp
    • Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp

    Instructions
     

    • Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add bananas and cook till it is caramelized.
    • Sprinkle over sugar and cook till it is melted and coated all over bananas.
    • Add in cinnamon and mix well.
    • Serve.
