Beetroot dal is a very simple and basic recipe but looks very vibrannt and colourful. I made this for my daughter and it turned out really good and delicious. I have been sharing so many dal recipes lately and i thought even though this is simple it will be a great addition to my list.

Nice idea aarthi. Even elders can have this for lunch with rice. I just replaced moong dal with black eyed peas sprout. It's nice. No regrets 🙂
