    About Lamb Burger

Homemade burgers are always a favorite at home and we make them at least once a week when we crave burgers and fries. Though making patties from scratch takes a little time, the flavour, texture and freshness is far better than the store bought burgers.

The patties will turn out soft, juicy, and flavourful. And it is totally worth making at home. This burger is a juicy and flavourful recipe that combines spicy lamb patties with creamy yogurt sauce and crispy smoky bacon.

It is made with onions, chillies, spices and mutton mince. The lamb patties are aromatic and perfectly cooked until golden and delicious.

The cooked lamb patties can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It stays fresh for 3 to 5 days when properly chilled. For longer storage, you can also freeze the raw or cooked patties and thaw them in the fridge before use.
