Lamb Burger with Herbed Yogurt & Candied Bacon with step by step pictures. This recipe is a lamb burger with sweet and savory combo which is topped with herbed yogurt and candied bacon.

Lamb Burger with Herbed Yogurt & Candied Bacon

Burgers are my all time favorite..I have quite a bit of burger recipes in my blog, check them out here. This burger is my latest favorite one, because they are spicy, sweet, juicy and flavorful. They have a variety of fresh topping and a addictive candied bacon topping as well.

Ingredients for Lamb Burger with Herbed Yogurt & Candied Bacon

    • Burger Buns - 3 to 4
    • Tomatoes - 2 sliced thinly
    • Onions - 1 sliced thinly
    • Lettuce for topping

    For Burger Patty:

    • Mutton Mince - 500 grams
    • Cumin Powder / Jeera Podi - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala Powder - 1.5 tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
    • Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped
    • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
    • Green Chillies - 2 finely chopped
    • Breadcrumbs - ¼ cup
    • Oil for frying patty

    For Herbed Yogurt:

    • Yogurt / Curd - 1 cup
    • Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped
    • Mint Leaves - 3 tbsp finely chopped
    • Green chillies - 1 chopped finely
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste

    For Candied Bacon:

    • Bacon - 6 chopped
    • Brown Sugar - 2 tsp

I used Wright Brand® Bacon for this burger..And it clearly took the normal burger to the next level with their sweet and savoury combo..This clearly shows that bacon is not only meant for breakfast, it can jazz up your lunch or dinner to the perfect level.

Hope you will give this  try and let me know how it turns out for you..
