    Mughlai Paratha

This is a simple and basic way of making mughlai paratha...The filling for this paratha is pretty much endless, you could fill it with chicken, minced meat, vegetables and many more...I have showed two ways of stuffing this paratha...You can try any one of that.

    Ingredients For Mughlai paratha

    • Onion

    • Carrot

    • Green chilli

    • Coriander leaves

    • Salt to taste

    • All Purpose Flour

    • Salt

    • Oil

    • Egg

    Mughlai Paratha Preparation

    • Make a soft dough by mixing flour, salt, oil and water.let this rest for 15 min. Divide into equal portions.
    • Mix all the ingredients given in the filling together.
    • You could make this roti in two different ways.
    • Take a portion of dough and spread it thinly as possible..Put it in hot tawa and pour some egg mixture in the center. Fold the roti on all sides so that it forms a square shape..Flip it over and cook on other side too. Cook the roti completely till the egg is cooked and roti gets golden on all sides.
    • Take a portion of dough and spread it thinly as possible.. Pour some egg mixture in the centre. Fold the roti on all sides so that it forms a square shape..Carefully take this parcel and put it on hot tawa and cook on both sides till golden and the egg is cooked.
    • Serve hot with ketchup or any of your favorite curry.

I tried this with ground chicken with your listed filling ingredients. And it came out really good. Just once concern, the fold part doesn't cook very well.

@Anonymous ....The only one thing is when you are cooking the folded part..Just add a tiny bit oil and simmer the flame and cook slowly..If you do like that everything will cook beautifully..
