Mughlai Paratha(Paratha Stuffed with Egg)
This is a simple and basic way of making mughlai paratha…The filling for this paratha is pretty much endless, you could fill it with chicken, minced meat, vegetables and many more…I have showed two ways of stuffing this paratha…You can try any one of that….

Ingrediants:
For Dough:
Maida-1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tsp
Water as required
For filling:
Egg-2
Onion- ½ chopped finely
Carrot- ½ grated
Green chilli-1 chopped finely
Coriander leaves-2 tblspn chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
Make a soft dough by mixing flour, salt, oil and water.let this rest for 15 min..Divide into equal portions..
Mix all the ingrediants given in the filling together.
You could make this roti in two different ways..
Method 1:
Take a portion of dough and spread it thinly as possible..Put it in hot tawa and pour some egg mixture in the center…Fold the roti on all sides so that it forms a square shape..Flip it over and cook on other side too…Cook the roti completely till the egg is cooked and roti gets golden on all sides..
Method 2:
Take a portion of dough and spread it thinly as possible.. Pour some egg mixture in the center…Fold the roti on all sides so that it forms a square shape..Carefully take this parcel and put it on hot tawa and cook on both sides till golden and the egg is cooked.
Serve hot with ketcup or any of your favorite curry.
Pictorial:
Take the ingrediants for dough…
make it into a soft dough
Now grab your ingrediants for stuffing
mix everything together…
beat it together…
Way 1:
Spread the dough and put it on hot tawa..Pour some filling in the middle…
fold it on all sides…
Exactly like this
cook on both sides till egg is cooked…
 Way 2:
Now pour some filling in the centre of the roti
fold it on all sides…
all sides folded…
cook it on the tawa…
on both sides till egg is cooked
All done …
Serve it …Looks yummy right…

I tried this with ground chicken with your listed filling ingredients. And it came out really good. Just once concern, the fold part doesn't cook very well.

@Anonymous ….The only one thing is when you are cooking the folded part..Just add a tiny bit oil and simmer the flame and cook slowly..If you do like that everything will cook beautifully..
