    No Yeast Instant Pizza Dough

    I have a fool proof pizza dough recipe which is my life saver, i use that and nothing else when i need to make pizzas or buns or calzones or anything. But many of you asked me to share a yeast free version of pizza dough. So i came up with this instant pizza dough recipe with no yeast and it is a hit. The crust turned out to be crispy and chewy at the same time.

    Ingredients for No Yeast Instant Pizza Dough

    • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup
    • Baking Powder - 1 ¼ tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Oil - 1.5 tbsp
    • Water as needed

    How to Make No Yeast Instant Pizza Dough

    1. Take flour, baking powder, salt, oil in a bowl and mix well using a fork.
    2. Now add in water and make it into a soft sticky dough.
    3. Now sprinkle in some flour over it and knead it to a soft dough.
    4. Knead it for 5 mins or so.
    5. Now leave the dough to rest for 5 to 10 mins
    6. Use this in your recipe.

    Take all purpose flour in a bowl

    Add in baking powder

    Add little salt
    Pin
    some oil
    Pin
    mix well using a fork

    Now add in some water

    make it into a little sticky dough

    Just keep kneading, it will get into a soft dough..
    You should knead this around 5 mins

      I have followed a lot of your recipes and sure they are fool proof. Here I guess using self raising flour would make it even better.

      How hard should the dough be? should it be tighter than a chappati dough..?

      @AnonymousNo it has to be very very soft. if it is hard then it will give you a denser and hard crust. the soft smooth dough will give you soft and chewy crust

      awesome aarthi.i tried making pizza yesterday with this recipe and it was great.my kid loved it.it was jus like eating at pizza corner or pizza hut. less time consuming too.great.pls share more baking recipes without yeast. soooper work aarthi

      I am a novice. I want to use this base to make smoked salmon pizza. I bake d base separately cos d recipe asks for cream cheese as a base.if yes then what r d oven settings. Thanks so much

      I tried the above instant pizza dough with baking powder recipe.I used wheat flour and used in cheese burst recipe.It came out v well.All enjoyec eating it.Now we are not buying pizza from outside.Thankyou for the recipes.Do post more healthy n EASY recipes.

      Should the dough once on the pizza pan, be pre-baked before adding toppings? I like a crispy crust.
