I have shared a version of cheese burst pizza in this blog, but i am being honest with you, when i shared that recipe, i have never had dominos pizza, because i dont have them in our place. So i just searched in googles and shared it. But few days back when we went on a vacation to amristar, we had a pizza dinner in dominos and when i took the first bite, i was stunned and loved it so much. I realized that they use cheese sauce in the middle and not grated cheese. When i came home, i decided to try my own version of this pizza and guess what, it was a huge success. Hubby took a bite and told me, it taste exactly the same.

At first i thought of using my no fail pizza dough recipe to make this pizza. Then i realized that many of my viewers asked me to share a no yeast pizza dough recipe. So i made a batch of those and used that as a base and it turned out perfecto….

Everything in the pizza turned out great and i finished making this from start to finish in under 45 mins to 1 hour. That is the advantage of using my yeast free pizza dough. Once the pizza is baked, when i sliced it, i was so thrilled to watch the gooey cheese flowing from the pizza. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 20 mins
Baking Time : 15 to 20 mins
Makes : 1 large pizza

Ingredients:

Pizza Base – 1 batch ( I used my Instant No Yeast Pizza Dough)

Cheese Sauce – 1 cup (RECIPE HERE)
Tomato Ketchup or Pizza Sauce as needed
Bell Peppers sliced as needed
Onions Sliced as needed
Chilli Flakes to taste
Oregano –  1 tsp
Black Olives as needed sliced
Olive Oil – 2 to 3 tblspn
Mozzarella Cheese as needed grated

Method:

Preheat oven to 250 Degree C on grill mode. Line a baking tray with foil and oil it very well. Pop it into the oven and let it heat for 10 to 15 mins.

Divide your pizza dough into two balls. Once portion should be more than another.

Roll the dough into rounds.

Now take the hot tray carefully from oven, place one spread pizza dough over it.

Spread cheese sauce over it.

Now cover with another one and seal the edges and crimp them.

Now prick the top with some fork. SO the pizza dont puff when baking.

Now spread some tomato ketchup all over it.

Sprinkle with bell peppers and olives.

Sprinkle with chilli flakes and oregano.

Brush the edges with olive oil and drizzle some over the pizza as well.

Bake this in the oven on grill mode for 10 to 12 mins till the pizza is baked.

Now sprinkle lots of cheese over it and bake for another 2 to 5 mins.

Remove it and let it sit for 5 mins.

Now cut into wedges and enjoy the gooey and molten cheese burst pizza.

    Hey Aarthi,

Awesome…was thinking about this since I tried your No fail Pizza dough recipe and you posted this 🙂

I will definitely try this. Coupls of queries:

Can I use convection mode first time and use grill second time as my husband likes it lil brown?

Why is it that we are baking twice – can this be done in one go, if using convection?

    Thanks 🙂

@Sunshineyes u can use convection oven first and grill till golden.

U can do in one go, but i found that the cheese will turn crispy if u add it first itself. This way it stays gooey
