    Oreo pudding with step by step pictures. A rich and pudding like creamy oreo dessert made using oreo, paneer and gelatin.

    This is a recipe which i came up few days back when i wanted to make a desert recipe using a pack of oreo which i had on hand. Of course i can eat it on its own, but i wanted to make something with it.

    Ingredients for Oreo Pudding

    • Oreo Cookies 
    • Unsalted Butter
    • Paneer 
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk 
    • Vanilla Essence
    • Gelatin or China grass

    Oreo Pudding Preparation

    1. Line a ramekin with cling wrap and set aside.
    2. Take oreo cookies in a blender and pulse few times to it is crumbled.
    3. Take butter in a sauce pan, melt it gently. Add ¾ of the cookie crumbs and mix well. Now press the cookie mix in the base of the ramekin. Chill the ramekin till needed.
    4. Now take paneer, condensed milk and vanilla in a blender and puree till smooth. set aside.
    5. Now take gelatin in a sauce pan, add water to it and set aside for 5 to 10 mins. heat gently till the gelatin is melted.
    6. Add the pureed mix into the gelatin and mix well.
    7. Add some of the cookie crumb in to the filling and mix well. reserve some cookie crumb for topping.
    8. Spoon this over the chilled cookie layer and put in fridge to set for 3 to 4 hours.
    9. Now unmould and sprinkle the top with more crumbs and serve.

    • Oreo Cookies - 10
    • Unsalted Butter - 4 tblspn
    • Paneer - ½ cup crumbled
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup or to taste
    • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
    • Gelatin - ¾ tsp
    • Water - 3 tblspn

    Instructions

      Can I substitute China grass for Gelatin? What will be the measurement? Ashwini

        yes u can use china grass. use around 3 to 4 grams

        If u are using agar agar powder use 1.5 tsp
