    Delicious and easy no bake chocolate coconut bars is easy to make and taste delicious. You need just 5 ingredients to make this amazing bars.

    Chocolate Coconut Bar

    I had a packet of coloured dried coconut on my pantry shelf for a while. I was thinking about this recipe for the past few days and finally made it couple weeks back. It was a total success and everyone went crazy for this. It almost tasted more delicious than a bounty bar. I used coloured dried coconut, you can use regular dried coconut.

    Chocolate Coconut Bars Ingredients

    Delicious and easy chocolate coconut bars is easy to make and taste delicious. You need just 5 ingredients to make this amazing bars.

    • Oreo Biscuits
    • Unsalted Butter 
    • Dried Shredded Coconut
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk
    • Dark Chocolate Chips

    Coconut Chocolate Bars Preparation

    1. Take oreo cookies in a blender and powder them.
    2. Take 75 grams of butter in a saucepan, melt it down. Add the powdered biscuit and mix well.
    3. Pour this in a pan which is lined with parchment paper and press it down. Chill this in fridge till needed.
    4. Now make the coconut filling, take coconut and condensed milk in a sauce pan and cook that on low heat till it heats up. Now spoon this over the biscuit base and chill in fridge till needed.
    5. Take chocolate and 25 grams of butter in a sauce pan and melt gently till the chocolate is melted.
    6. Now pour this over the coconut and chill in fridge till set about 2 to 4 hours.
    7. Now cut into squares and serve.

    Ingredients

    • Oreo Biscuits - 12 to 15
    • Unsalted Butter - 75 grams + 25 grams
    • Dried Shredded Coconut - 21/2 cups
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk - ¾ cup
    • Dark Chocolate Chips - 1 cup

    Chocolate Coconut Bars with Step by Step

    take all your ingredients

     

    line a pan with parchment paper and set aside

     

    take oreo cookies in a blender

     

    powder them

     

    take butter in a sauce pan and melt it down

     

    add cookie crumb

     

    mix well

     

    spoon this into the prepared pan

     

    spread evenly, pop it in fridge till needed

     

    now take coconut in a saucepan, i had these coloured dried coconut

     

    add sweetened condensed milk

     

    put it on heat and cook till it thickens

     

    like this

     

    now the filling is done

     

    spoon over the base

     

    spread evenly and chill in fridge

     

    now make topping. take butter

     

    add chocolate chips

     

    melt gently

     

    take the tin from fridge

     

    spoon the chocolate over this

     

    spread evenly

     

    chill in fridge till set

     

    now unmould it

     

    cut it into bars
