Papaya Smoothie Recipe / Papaya Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

I love papayas. Specially when they are super ripe and sweet. I know super ripe papaya can get hard to handle and get very messy. But i love the sweet flesh they have. I eat them as it is. But when they disintegrate when chopping, i make them into this smoothie and have it.

This smoothie is great drink to start a day. If you wish to have a mango variation of this, check this mango smoothie..You can also check out my other smoothie and milkshake recipes too.
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Serves : 3 to 4

Ingredients:
Ripe Papaya – 2 cups peeled and cubed
Sugar or honey to taste
Cold Milk – 2 cups

Method:
Add all ingredients in a blender and make them into a smooth puree.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Pictorial:
You need ripe papaya, milk and some honey

drizzle some honey or sugar

pour in milk

puree them
