    Papaya Smoothie Recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is a delicious antioxidant rich smoothie and it is also amazing for your skin, reducing signs of ageing.

    Papaya Smoothie 

    I love papayas. Specially when they are super ripe and sweet. I know super ripe papaya can get hard to handle and get very messy. But i love the sweet flesh they have. I eat them as it is. But when they disintegrate when chopping, i make them into this smoothie and have it.

    Ingredients for Papaya Smoothie

    • Ripe Papaya - 2 cups peeled and cubed
    • Sugar or honey to taste
    • Cold Milk - 2 cups

    How to make Papaya Smoothie

    1. Add all ingredients in a blender and make them into a smooth puree.
    2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

    You need ripe papaya, milk and some honey
    take papaya in a blender
    drizzle some honey or sugar
    pour in milk
    puree them
    Serve
