I love papayas. Specially when they are super ripe and sweet. I know super ripe papaya can get hard to handle and get very messy. But i love the sweet flesh they have. I eat them as it is. But when they disintegrate when chopping, i make them into this smoothie and have it.
Ingredients for Papaya Smoothie
- Ripe Papaya - 2 cups peeled and cubed
- Sugar or honey to taste
- Cold Milk - 2 cups
How to make Papaya Smoothie
- Add all ingredients in a blender and make them into a smooth puree.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
