Roasted Veggies Recipe
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 chopped
- Carrot - 1 chopped
- Potato - 2 chopped
- Capsicum / Bell Pepper - 12 cubed
- Garlic - 10 cloves
- Olive Oil - 3 tblsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cube veggies and add to a baking tray.
- Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Pop this in a preheated oven for 45 mins at 200 degree C.
- Remove and serve.
