Instant Bread Dosa Recipe
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Sooji / Rava - 1 cup
- Rice Flour - 1 cup
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Oil to make dosa
Instructions
- Take all ingredients in a blender and puree.
- Pour it in a bowl. Add water and make a smooth batter.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Heat a tawa. Make dosa. Drizzle oil around the sides.
- Flip over and cook.
- Serve.
