Instant Bread Dosa Recipe – Leftover Bread Recipe with step wise pictures.

Super crispy and delicious dosa made using bread. This dosa is not only easy to make but taste amazing with some chutney on the side.

Instant Bread Dosa Recipe

Ingredients

  • Bread - 4 slices
  • Sooji / Rava - 1 cup
  • Rice Flour - 1 cup
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to make dosa

Instructions

  • Take all ingredients in a blender and puree.
  • Pour it in a bowl. Add water and make a smooth batter.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Heat a tawa. Make dosa. Drizzle oil around the sides.
  • Flip over and cook.
  • Serve.

1)Take bread in a blender

2)Add sooji

3)grind till coarse

4)Add water

5)Grind to a smooth puree

6)Pour it

7)Add some water

8)Add rice flour

9)Add salt

10)Mix well

11)Make dosa. Drizzle oil around the sides

12)Cook till golden.

13)Serve
