Please try it and let me know how it turned out for you..

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Baking Time : 35 to 40 mins
Makes : 9 bars
Recipe Source : Laurainthekitchen

Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1/2 cup / 60 grams
Cocoa Powder – 1 tblspn
Salt – a pinch
Instant Coffee Powder – 1/4 tsp
Egg – 1
Butter – 50 grams melted
Dark Chocolate – 150 grams
Sugar – 1/2 cup / 100 grams
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Snickers – 1/2 cup chopped into small pieces ( I used a big bar)

Substitute for Eggs : Mix 1 tblspn of flax seed meal with 1/4 cup of hot water and let it sit for 5 mins. Use that mix in place of eggs..

Method:
Preheat the oven to 170 Degree C.
Take a square pan and line it with parchment paper and grease the parchment really well with butter.
Take dark chocolate in a sauce pan or any microwave safe bowl and melt it down. Set aside to cool slightly.
Take melted butter in a bowl, add in sugar and vanilla. mix well.
Add in egg and mix well. Add in melted slightly cooled chocolate and mix well.
Now add in coffee powder, salt, flour, cocoa powder and mix well.
Now add in chopped snicker pieces and fold well.
Pour this in a prepared pan and bake it for 35 to 40 mins.
Remove it from oven and let it cool completely, before slicing into them.

Serve.

Pictorial:
These brownies are so easy to put together..You just
need a handful of ingredients
First you got to melt your chocolate..
I melted it in a sauce pan, you can melt it in
microwave too
Take melted butter in a bowl..
add in sugar
add a splash of vanilla..sorry for the blur pic
I used a spatula to mix well
add in a egg
mix that well
now add in the melted chocolate
give a good mix
add some instant coffee powder
sprinkle a pinch of salt
add in all purpose flour / maida
and some cocoa powder
mix everything really well..but dont over mix it
now take a snicker bar
cut them in the middle
chop them into small pieces
add them into the batter
fold gently
I lined a square pan with parchment and
buttered it really well
pour the chocolaty batter into the pan
bake it
Cut into it once it is cold.
i was impatient, so i cut it when it is still hot..
so my bars were not perfect..
