    Spinach & Carrot Chapati Recipe

Super healthy and nutritious chapati made using banana, carrot. This roti is so soft and such a healthy one.

    Today's lunch box
    Spinach carrot chapati
    Boiled egg
    Homemade ketchup

    For snacks
Andhra murukku & Friday treat peanut m&m's snack size

She loved the chapati yesterday so made the same today.

I sliced carrots into triangles and placed over boiled eggs as ears and mouth. For eyes I place two small whole black pepper. Tried to make a pig out of egg.

This lunchbox is packed with fiber, protein, iron, vitamins, fat and carb.
