Tomato Basil Soup Recipe - Fresh Basil Tomato Soup Recipe with step wise pictures.

This flavourful tomato basil soup is so delicious when served with some garlic toast or some crusty bread. It is heaven in a bowl.

I bought a bunch of fresh basil few days back and thought of using that in many recipes.  First one which i made is this soup, clicked it and enjoyed it to the core. Some people add cream in their tomato soup. But i dont usually add. Soups are meant to be healthy, so i don't want to make it unhealthy with the addition of cream. You can add a touch of butter in your soup. Because it gives nice flavour to the soup. I made it using some olive oil.
