    Fruit Skewers Recipe with step by step pictures. The recipe made on wooden skewers, threading the fruit pieces to make a complete skewer of fruits.

    First i have a confession to make. This is not a recipe at all. It is just chopped variety of fruits skewered up. It makes a interesting and colourful looking appetizer for any parties..

    Ingredients for Fruit Skewers

    • Pineapples
    • Muskmelon / Cantaloupe / Kirni Pazham
    • Apples
    • California Plums
    • Kiwi
    • Grapes
    • Strawberries

    I made this and served for my daughters second birthday party and everyone just loved it..

    How to Make Fruit Skewers

    1. Wash the fruits really well. Peel kiwi, pineapples, cantaloupe.
    2. Chop up apples, peeled kiwi, pineapples, plums. I used a melon baller to scoop small balls from muskmelon.
    3. Take your skewers and skewer the fruits up.
    4. Serve.

    • Pineapples
    • Muskmelon / Cantaloupe / Kirni Pazham
    • Apples
    • California Plums
    • Kiwi
    • Grapes
    • Strawberries

    Instructions

    Take all your fruits..Wash them well
     
     
    Take your kiwis
     
     
     
    cut the top and bottom
     
     
    Peel off the skin
     
     
    slice them in half
     
     
    cut them like this
     
     
     
    take your apples
     
     
    cut them in half
     
     
    scoop the seeds
     
     
    cut them like this
     
     
    cube them
     
     
     
    take your melon
     
     
    cut the top and bottom
     
     
    peel off the skin
     
     
    use a melon baller
     
     
    to scoop out the flesh
     
     
    how cute 
     
     
    i made few more
     
     
    take your plums..
     
     
    cut them and remove the seed out
     
     
    grab a juicy ripe pineapple
     
     
    cut them in half
     
     
    peel off the skin
     
     
    cut them like this
     
     
    chop them
     
     
    now all your fruits are done
     
     
    start to skewer them
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Now it is all done
     
     
    Take a beautiful platter
     
     
    place them in
     
     
    i made few more..Serve
