|15 Min Egg Curry|
This is my second version of egg curry..My another version is a kind of party dish,it is creamy and rich and so yummy…This is a quick dish that you can make in no time..I served this with Aloo paratha….You could serve this with rice or plain roti…So please try this and let me know what you think…
Onion-1 chopped finely
Tomato Puree-1 cup
Capsicum-1 chopped finely
Red chilli powder-1 tblspn
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Coriander leaves for Garnishing
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a frying pan,Fry some onions and capsicum for 1 min.
Add in red chilli powder and garam masala powder…Add in the tomato puree and cook till oil separates..
Now pour in water and let it come to a boil…Crack eggs,straight in to the gravy.Cover the pan and let it simmer for 2 min.
Using a spoon just scramble the eggs and let it boil for 3 min.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot..
