    Parsley Cashew Pesto Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Parsley Cashew and Cheese. This taste amazing when tossed with hot pasta.

     

    Parsley Cashew Pesto

    Pesto is such a versatile ingredient to have on hand. It is best tossed with some pasta or used as a spread for sandwich.

    Ingredients for Parsley Cashew Pesto

    • Parsley - 2 cups packed
    • Cashews - ½ cup
    • Garlic - 2 cloves
    • Parmesan Cheese - ½ cup
    • Olive Oil - ¼ cup

    How to make Parsley Cashew Pesto

    1. Take all ingredients except oil in a blender and puree. Slowly drizzle in oil and puree till smooth.
    2. Transfer it to a air tight container and refrigerate till needed.
    3. Taste great when tossed with some pasta or used as a spread for sandwiches.

    take garlic in a blender
    add cashews
    add parsley
    parmesan cheese
    blend till done
    drizzle some olive oil slowly
    blend till creamy
    done
