    Cheese paratha has a spicy cheese filling stuffed inside paratha. This is a cheesy paratha which taste delicious.

     

    Cheese Paratha

    This is one paratha which i loved a lot. It is so cheesy and so yummy. You can make this, cut into little triangles and give it to your kids, they will love it for sure..

    Cheese Paratha Ingredients

    • Cheese - 1.5 cup grated
    • Onion - 1 finely chopped
    • Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • Red Chilli Flakes to taste

    Cheese Paratha Preparation

    • Start by making dough, take flour, salt, oil in a bowl. rub well so oil is mixed in with the flour.
    • Add in water slowly and knead to a soft smooth dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and set aside for 30 mins.
    • Take all ingredients in a bowl and knead well. Divide it into equal balls.
    • Take the dough and divide into equal balls. Take a ball and roll it out lightly.
    • Place filling in it and seal the edges, use a rolling pin to roll the paratha evenly.
    • Heat a tawa, put the paratha on hot tawa, cook for few sec, flip over, spread some oil over it, spread again, spread some more oil over it and cook on both sides till golden.
    • Remove and serve hot.

    Cheese Paratha Step by Step Pictures

    First lets make the dough..Take wheat flour in a bowl
    add in some salt
    drizzle in some oil
    use your hands to rub it well
    this makes sure that the oil is mixed in with the flour nicely
    pour in water and start kneading
    add more water as needed
    you should be keep on kneading the dough till you get a soft smooth dough like this
    cover the dough and let it rest for 30 mins..
    Take your filling ingredients
    take grated cheese in a bowl
    add chopped onions and coriander leaves
    add salt and chilli flakes
    knead well
    divide it into equal portions
    time to roll
    roll it lightly
    place the filling in the center
    seal the edges
    like this
    flatten it
    roll it out
    place on a hot pan
    flip over
    spread some oil
    flip over
    cook both sides till light golden
    done
    it will puff up

      Thanks for the recipe. What cheese did you use? And when you say 'cup', do you refer to the 8oz cup?

        i used mozzarella cheese. u can use cheddar cheese too. My 1 cup measures 240 ml
