Did you know that mutton bone has more flavour that the meat. When you make soup or curries try using mutton with bones for maximum flavour and taste. This is a delicious curry which i made using mutton or lamb bones, i added drumstick and potatoes in this for more taste. This is a village style style recipe and goes extremely well with appam, idiyappam, rice, roti, idli or dosa..

Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
