Chicken Chops Recipe
Delicious spicy chicken curry made using chicken chops which has a thick red sauce on it.
About Chicken Chops
Over the years i have shared so many chicken curry recipes on this blog. This one is a very basic chicken curry which i make often in my home. It is very easy to make and taste just yum. I used Nattu kozhi (country chicken) to make this curry and it turns out to be delicious.
The gravy in this is little thick. It is called as chicken chops curry in my place. So i called it the same way. Also i added some potatoes for more taste and thickness.

This is my family’s go to comfort food. It’s not like anything you can satisfy from going to an Indian restaurant. It’s abundantly flavorful, comforting, and soooo good as leftovers. I make a huge pot literally every month, at my family’s request. I don’t own a pressure cooker but the regular stove top method works just fine. Seriously it’s amazing!
