    Chicken Roulade

Chicken roulade is a dish which i wanted to try it for quite a long time. This dish is a special one, because it has cheese, bacon, onions and peppers in it, which is rolled and coated in breadcrumbs and fried to perfection..Taste so juicy and yummy.

I used Bacon for this roulade. It can be found in walmart at a great value. And it clearly took this dish to the next level..This clearly shows that bigger better bacon is not only meant for breakfast, it can jazz up your lunch or dinner to the perfect level. This roulade can be served as a main course for lunch or dinner along with a side salad and a drink.
