Gnocchi with Garlic Butter Sauce – Potato Gnocchi Recipe

Gnocchi with Garlic Butter Sauce with step wise pictures.

Delicious gnocchi with a salty garlic butter sauce. This is best served hot with this garlic butter sauce or tomato sauce.

You can add any veggies in them too.

Gnocchi with Garlic Butter Sauce

Delicious gnocchi with a salty garlic butter sauce. This is best served hot with this garlic butter sauce or tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • Potato - 2 medium size boiled peeled
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Butter - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic - 2 tsp grated
  • Coriander Leaves - 3 tblsp chopped finely

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes, mash it well. Add in salt and flour and mix well to form a dough.
  • Roll it into a log. Cut it into small pieces. Roll each gnocchi in fork and set aside.
  • Bring it to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook for 1 to 2 min till gnocchi floats on top.
  • Heat butter in a pan. Add in grated garlic and saute for a min.
  • Add gnocchi and toss well.
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve hot.

9)Take a fork. Roll each gnocchi in the fork

12)Bring water to a boil

13)Add gnocchi

14)Cook till gnocchi is done

15)Cook till gnocchi is done

16)Drain it

17)Melt butter in a pan

18)Add in grated garlic

19)Saute for a min

20)Now raw smell is gone

21)Add cooked gnocchi in

22)Toss well

23)Cook till gnocchi is golden brown

24)Add in chopped coriander leaves

25)Mix well

26)Serve

    I have 2 months old baby,he is taking only powder milk, can u tel me wen can I give other fuds or cow milk, Ragi milk like that? Also tel me some baby did ideas.
