Gopalkala Recipe - Curd Poha Recipe
Ingredients
- Aval / Poha - 2 cups
- Curd - ½ cup
- Milk - 1 cup or as needed
- Salt to taste
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds / Kaduku - ¼ tsp
- Urad dal / Ulundu - ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds - ¼ tsp
- Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya podi a pinch
- Curry leaves a sprig
- Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
- Coriander leaves - 2 tblsp
Instructions
- Mix poha with water, curd and milk. Add salt and mix well.
- Heat ghee and add all ingredients. Let them sizzle.
- Pour this over poha and mix well.
- Serve cold.
