    Ingredients

    • Aval / Poha - 2 cups
    • Curd - ½ cup
    • Milk - 1 cup or as needed
    • Salt to taste
    • Ghee - 1 tsp
    • Mustard seeds / Kaduku - ¼ tsp
    • Urad dal / Ulundu - ½ tsp
    • Cumin Seeds - ¼ tsp
    • Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya podi a pinch
    • Curry leaves a sprig
    • Green Chillies - 1 chopped finely
    • Coriander leaves - 2 tblsp

    Instructions

    • Mix poha with water, curd and milk. Add salt and mix well.
    • Heat ghee and add all ingredients. Let them sizzle.
    • Pour this over poha and mix well.
    • Serve cold.

    6)Add coriander leaves

    7)Mix well

    8)heat ghee in a pan

    9)add mustard and urad dal

    10)Add cumin

    11)Add asafoetida

    12)Add curry leaves

    13)Add green chillies

    14)Pour over rice and mix well

    15)Serve
