    Homemade Red Chilli Sauce Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Red Chilli Sauce makes a great dip or accompaniments for many dishes. This homemade version has so much flavour that store bought and taste so delicious.

    Whenever i share indo chinese recipes which calls for green chilli sauce or red chilli sauce. I get comments from viewers asking me to share those sauces recipe. So here i am with my recipe, a very easy and tasty red chilli sauce. It is really really addictive, way better than store bought ones..

    This is so different from your usual store bought stuff. This is so fresh and taste so pure without all the preservatives smell. You can keep this for two weeks in fridge, or you can freeze it for 3 to 4 months.

    This sauce is such a versatile ingredient, you can have it as a dipping sauce for your pakoras or spring rolls. You can toss this with some fried chicken and enjoy it as red chilli chicken. Any which way you have it, these are addictive.

    Ingredients
      

    • Fresh Red Chillies - 10
    • Tomato - 2 chopped
    • Garlic - 6 cloves
    • Onion - 1 small chopped
    • Oil - 1 tblsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 2 tblsp
    • Vinegar - ¼ cup

    Instructions
     

    • Heat oil in a pot, add garlic and onions and saute for a min.
    • Add in chillies and tomatoes and cook till it is mushy.
    • Add in salt and sugar and mix well.
    • Cool this and blend it with vinegar till smooth.
    • Store in a clean jar in fridge.

    1)Prepare your ingredients

    7)Cook till tomatoes gets mushy.

      This was very good.. I find a lot of Indian recipes that call for chili sauce and this is great for that.
