I used all purpose flour to make this khaja. The key to get the perfect crispiness without making it dark is to roll it super thin.

      Hi Aarthi!
You are doing an amazing job.. my one request..
Is there any way I could directly reach the recipe without going through other similar recipes introduction? When we scroll down on the regular phone., it's like we have to scroll down a little longer (seems longer when we are in a hurry). So would you please provide an option at the beginning which takes us directly to the recipe..? Kindly consider if it's okay with you. Thank you!!
