"Korean Fire Chicken with Cheese is a popular korean recipe. It is also called as Cheese Buldak, Korean Chicken Buldak. Fiery chicken topped with mozzarella cheese and cooked till tender."
Today's recipe is super-spicy chicken, called buldak in Korean. The Korean word bul means fire, and dak means chicken, so you can call this "fire chicken."
Fire chicken is Korean bar food (known as anju) at its finest. Chicken marinated in a spicy gochujang-spiked sauce are chargrilled before being covered with melty mozzarella cheese. If you've been needing to liven up your game-day recipe routine, look no further.

You all know I have recently started to cook korean dishes. Few days back I came across this recipe in maangchi channel and I decided to try it immediately. Somehow I managed to find the korean red pepper paste. But I couldn't find the pepper powder, so I decided to make my very own pepper powder, I know it won't taste the same, but I just want to try it out, Check this link for the Gochgugaru recipe.

This recipe is adapted from Maangchi's Cheese Buldak - Maangchi's Fire Chicken.
