    About Carrot Juice Recipe

Carrots are one of the most healthy vegetables used in many kitchens. Mainly we use them in cooking, dishes like sambar, poriyal, stir fry, salad, soup, milkshakes, cakes, muffins, kheer, and many more.

Since it is a good source of beta carotene, vitamin A, fibre and antioxidants it supports eyesight, immune system, and glowing skin.

This homemade carrot juice is a fresh and easy drink to make. It is a quick recipe that can be made in jiffy and is perfect for breakfast or anytime of the day. I enjoy having a glass in the morning because it is refreshing and gives a healthy start to the day.

You can also add other ingredients like apple, orange, beetroot, pomegranate, ginger, or mint to create different flavours. For the best taste and benefits always use fresh, tender carrots.

You also check out my beta carotene juice recipe and carrot milkshake, which is another delicious variation of this carrot juice.

10)Mix well. Taste and adjust the sweetness to your taste.

11)Pour into serving jug and enjoy cold.

    12)Look at that vibrant colour.

    13)Enjoy.

    Expert Tips

    • Wash and scrub the carrots thoroughly to remove any dirt. Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces before blending.
    • Taste the juice before adding honey or sugar.
    • Strain the juice for a smoother texture or leave some pulp for a thick drink.
    • For extra flavour, add a small piece of ginger, few mint leaves, apple, orange, beetroot or pomegranate before blending.

    Storage and Serving

If you have any leftovers, refrigerate the carrot juice in a glass jar and consume it within a day. Shake well before serving. Fresh carrot juice tastes best when served immediately after making it.
