    Carrot Juice

    This is a drink which i make almost daily for me and hubby. Carrot juice has lots of benefits in them, it has anti cancer properties and really good for your skin and eyes..It has lots of benefits, you can read about them here. I strongly suggest you to have this juice daily continuously for a month to see a change in your body..TRY IT GUYS..I make this juice little differently often, will share all the version soon.

    Ingredients for Carrot Juice

    • 4 Carrot
    • 2 tbsp or to taste Honey / Sugar
    • ¾ cup to 1 cup Water

    How to Make Carrot Juice

    1. Scrub carrots really well and wash it, peel off the skins if needed.
    2. Chop it roughly. Take it in a blender, add water little by little and puree it smoothly.
    3. Now strain this through a fine strainer, you can strain this using a clean cloth.
    4. Now add honey to this juice and mix well.
    5. Chill this for an hour. Serve cold.

    Carrot Juice Recipe Step by Step 

    Peel carrot skin, you can leave it if your carrot is fresh
     
     
    chop it roughly
     
     
    take it in a blender
     
     
    add little water
     
     
    puree till smooth
     
     
     
    pour it in a fine mesh sieve
     
     
    press to extract juice
     
     
    press as much as you can
     
     
     
     
     
    fresh carrot juice
     
     
    add in honey
     
     
    mix well
     
     
    pour in a jug and chill
     
    serve
