This version is a simple breakfast recipe which has potato and eggs in them. Burritos is heavily stuffed wraps, even 1 wrap is pretty filling. I served this for lunch and we couldn't even finish a single one. But it was delicious. I served it with a side of extra pico de gallo which we piled over every bite and its citrus tang was perfect..
