    • This omelette is a simple way to add protein and calcium to a meal without any extra fuss.

    Hacks

    • Beat the eggs well. Whish the eggs until slightly frothy to make the omelette fluffy and light.
    • Add a splash of milk or water. This keeps the omelette moist and soft inside.
    • Use room temperature eggs. They mix better and cook more evenly.
    • Cook the omelette on low to medium heat. This prevents the eggs from browning too much and keeps the texture soft
    • Add cheese only when eggs are almost set. This prevents it from leaking out or overcooking.
    • Use nonstick pan for cooking. This makes flipping or folding the omelette easier and mess free.
    • Gently fold the omelette. It helps to keep the fluffy texture and gooey cheese inside.

    Ingredients

Eggs: This is the base of the omelette. They provide protein to the dish. And it helps to bind everything together.

Water: A small amount of water makes the omelette lighter and helps to steam the eggs slightly while cooking.

Butter: This adds richness and flavour to the dish. It prevents the eggs from sticking to the pan.

Salt: It enhances the overall taste and balances the flavours in the omelette.

Pepper: It adds a mild heat and gives the omelette a subtle spicy kick.

Grated cheese: This makes the omelette creamy, gooey and more filling. It adds richness and a savoury taste.

Cheese Omelette (Step by Step Pictures)

    Crack open two eggs
    Add a splash of water
use a beater beat till it is little fluffy
    just like this

    beat it up
    Melt some butter
    let it melt
    pour the egg mix
    all poured in
use a spoon to scramble it lightly, so there
wont be too much uncooked egg on top
just mix it through and pat it together
now you can see the egg is almost cooked
add a good amount of cheese on one side of the egg
    fold it gently
    fold from other side too
