This chicken dish can be made in a jiffy, Just few ingredients for the marination but it really packs tons of flavour from the pepper, garlic and lemon juice. So good when it hits the hot grill and the heat does the magic. Taste best when served hot. Grilling is such a pleasure, the whole family gather round the grill and enjoy hot food just chitchating and talking about their day..It is surely a part of my life..

I used Tyson® Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs  for this sliders and they are available at walmart at a great deal.Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.
Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Marinating Time : 2 hours
Serves : 2

Ingredients:Tyson® Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs  – 5
Olive Oil – 3 tblspn
Lemon Juice – 2 tblspn
Freshly Crushed Black Pepper – 2 tsp
Garlic – 2 cloves grated
Salt to taste

Method:

Take olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl and mix well.

Put the chicken in this marinate and toss well.

Marinate it for couple of hours.

Now heat a grill pan or outdoor grill till smoking hot. Now place the chicken over it and grill till it is cooked on both sides, reaching an internal temperature of 170°.

Serve hot with some salad..
