Makhane Ki Kheer Recipe - Phool Makhane Ki Kheer Recipe with step wise pictures.

Delicious phool makhana kheer which is mouth watering. The kheer has a lovely aroma of makhana and saffron which makes any party best.

I have never tasted makhana so far, but i have seen so many recipes online using that. When i saw this in my super market immediately i picked a packet. I thought of making roasted makhana and this kheer. I made it yesterday and tasted it. it was pretty tasty. The roasted makhana tasted similar to popcorn and this one was delicious.

The kheer was mouthwatering delicious. The roasted makhana added a mild corn flavour to the kheer and along with condensed milk, saffron and cardamom this kheer was so good. Hubby loved it so much, i was surprised to see that because he is not a kheer person.
