Manchatti Chicken Masala Recipe with step wise pictures.

Spicy and flavourful manchatti chicken masala which taste super delicious with rice, roti or naan. This is so easy to make and taste amazing.

When i was looking for dinner inspiration online, i came across a picture of a spicy chicken curry served with some naan. I got so inspired from that so i made it almost immediately.

This chicken dish is so easy to make, you need basic ingredients. If you use small chicken pieces then it will be more tasty.

      Hi:

Ths recipe really looks good. However, when reading the ingredients I realised a chicken curry powder is required. I have two issues with this,
      1. The packet shown in the pictures is labelled in a language I cannot read
      2. I am in Canada and I may not be able to source this powder

I would appreciate if you would provide a link that describes a method to prepare this curry powder from scratch (I am not a believer in packet masala powders!)

I take this opportunity to thank you for publishing these recipes as the ones I tried are fantastic.
