Delicious chewy and fudgy brownies which is made using rich melted chocolate and butter and has chocolate bars added into it. The mars bar in the brownies creates pockets of caramel inside the brownies.

    About Mars Bar Brownies

Mars bar brownies is also known as candy bar brownies. It is an amazing recipe to try during halloween season, since you would be left with tons of candy bars. Looking for all delicious recipes to use up those candy bars, just add them to brownie batter. Yum!

The brownie batter uses melted chocolate and butter so the end result is so much fudgier and moist. I love the pockets of caramel and chocolate dispersed all over the brownies.

The inspiration for this recipe comes from the fried mars bar candy which I saw in a TV show. I didn't want to deep fry mars bar, but decided to add them in some baked goodies to experience the melted mars taste.

Thats how I decided to make this mars bar brownie. It requires just a handful of ingredients like chocolate, butter, flour, cocoa, sugar and eggs. Lets not forget mars bar.

The batter comes together in less than 10 minutes. Baking time is just 25 minutes. So in less than 40 to 45 minutes you have a tray of baked mars bar brownie. You can easily use any candy bar instead of mars. My choice would be snicker bars, bounty bars or even m&m's.
