This recipe is pretty easy to make, great for parties, serve cold in a small bowl and they will simply love it. The addition of little hung curd cuts the sweetness and over creamyness of the cream and gives a little tart taste which is perfect.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Preparation Time : 30 mins
Setting Time : 2 hours
Serves : 6 to 8

Ingredients:

Hung Curd / Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream – 1/2 cup (recipe here)
Whipping Cream – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Apples – 1 cup peeled and chopped
Guava – 1/2 cup chopped
Pomegranate Seeds – 1 cup
Mangoes – 1 cup peeled and chopped
Grapes – 1 cup

Walnuts – 1/4 cup

Method:

Take cream in a bowl and whip till soft peaks are formed. Set aside.

Take hung curd, sugar in a bowl and whisk well. Fold in the cream gently.

Now add in all fruits and walnuts. Fold gently.

Chill for 2 hours.

Serve cold.

Pictorial:
Start by making hung yogurt, take yogurt in a strainer
and leave it to strain for 2 to 4 hours.
The excess water will come out
now you will get thick yogurt
Now lets prepare the veggies
chop some apples
cut a guava in half
chop them into small pieces
cut open a pomegranate
use a wooden spoon or a heavy spoon to bash the top of the pomegranate
look seeds removed easily
you see few white skin fall from it too
remove those out
beautiful pomegranate seeds
soak grapes in salted water for 10 mins, this removes the chemicals from it..
Drain off and set aside
take a mango
peel off the skin
chop into small pieces
Now lets make cream, i used frozen whip cream.
whip them
whip till it gets thick, dont whip till it gets stiff..
It should be soft and creamy still
Now take your ingredients
Take the thick hung curd in a bowl
add in little sugar
mix well
add in the cream
fold gently
add in grapes
pomegranate seeds
apples
guava
mangoes
walnuts
fold gently
now everything is well mixed up
time to chill for a good couple of hours
serve
