    A viewer requested this recipe and i am glad that she told me this. Because of that i got a chance to try my hands on them and it turned out perfecto! RICH AND CREAMY..FULL OF FRUITS..

    Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Cream

    • Hung Curd / Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream - ½ cup (recipe here)
    • Whipping Cream - ½ cup
    • Sugar - ½ cup
    • Apples - 1 cup peeled and chopped
    • Guava - ½ cup chopped
    • Pomegranate Seeds - 1 cup
    • Mangoes - 1 cup peeled and chopped
    • Grapes - 1 cup
    • Walnuts - ¼ cup
     
    This recipe is pretty easy to make, great for parties, serve cold in a small bowl and they will simply love it. The addition of little hung curd cuts the sweetness and over creamyness of the cream and gives a little tart taste which is perfect.

    How to Make Mixed Fruit Cream

    1. Take cream in a bowl and whip till soft peaks are formed. Set aside.
    2. Take hung curd, sugar in a bowl and whisk well. Fold in the cream gently.
    3. Now add in all fruits and walnuts. Fold gently.
    4. Chill for 2 hours.
    5. Serve cold.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup Hung Curd / Greek Yogurt or Sour Cream
    • ½ cup Whipping Cream
    • ½ cup Sugar
    • 1 cup Apples peeled and chopped
    • ½ cup Guava chopped
    • 1 cup Pomegranate Seeds
    • 1 cup Mangoes peeled and chopped
    • 1 cup Grapes
    • ¼ cup Walnuts

    Instructions

    Mixed Fruit Cream Recipe Step by Step

    Start by making hung yogurt, take yogurt in a strainer
    and leave it to strain for 2 to 4 hours.

     

    The excess water will come out

     

    now you will get thick yogurt
     
     
    Now lets prepare the veggies

     

    chop some apples

     

    cut a guava in half

     

    chop them into small pieces

     

    cut open a pomegranate

     

    use a wooden spoon or a heavy spoon to bash the top of the pomegranate

     

    look seeds removed easily

     

    you see few white skin fall from it too

     

    remove those out

     

    beautiful pomegranate seeds

     

    soak grapes in salted water for 10 mins, this removes the chemicals from it..

     

    Drain off and set aside

     

    take a mango

     

    peel off the skin

     

    chop into small pieces

     

    Now lets make cream, i used frozen whip cream.

     

    whip them

     

    whip till it gets thick, dont whip till it gets stiff..
    It should be soft and creamy still

     

    Now take your ingredients

     

    Take the thick hung curd in a bowl

     

    add in little sugar

     

    mix well

     

    add in the cream

     

    fold gently

     

    add in grapes

     

    pomegranate seeds

     

    apples

     

    guava

     

    mangoes

     

    walnuts

     

    fold gently

     

    now everything is well mixed up

     

    time to chill for a good couple of hours

     

    serve
