    Chicken Satay Recipe - Satay Chicken Recipe with stepwise pictures.

    Chicken satay taste so delicious hot, it is a thai dish and taste so nutty and tasty. The chicken turned out so juicy and moist.

    I recently tried this and i was kind of addicted to it, because it turned out to be very delicious..It was spicy and juicy and smoky, everything you want a kebab to be..

    Chicken Satay Recipe

    Ingredients

    • Boneless Chicken - 500 grams
    • Garlic - 6 cloves chopped finely
    • Peanut Butter - ¼ cup
    • Soy Sauce - 1 tblsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper - 1 tsp
    • Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
    • Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp

    Instructions

    • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add in chicken and mix well.
    • Marinate for 30 mins.
    • Skewer the chicken and cook on a pan on both sides till done.
    • Serve with cucumber.

    Pictorial:

    1)Take chopped garlic in a bowl

    2)Add in peanut butter

    3)Add in soy sauce

    4)Add in lemon juice

    5)Add in salt

    6)Add in pepper

    7)Add in red chilli flakes

    8)Add in chicken piece

    9)Mix well

    10)Take some skewers

    11)Skewer chicken in to the sticks

    12)Heat oil in a nonstick pan

    13)Place chicken

    14)Cook on both side till done

    15)Serve
