    Saffron Shrikhand Recipe

Want to make something easy for parties, This is so rich and creamy. You can make this for 2 people or for 20 people. It can be easily modified and adapted. This recipe is so much versatile, you can add whatever nuts or whatever fruits you like.

The saffron and cardamom added to this makes this so much flavourful. Some of the variation you can do to this recipe is, you can add some pureed mangoes and mix with the yogurt. That makes it mango shrikhand. I hope you will love this as much as i do and let me know what you think.
