    About Strawberry Milk Popsicles

Strawberry milk popsicles is a creamy version of popsicles made with strawberry, honey and milk. It is also known as strawberry cream popsicles or smoothie popsicles. Any which way you call these, it turns out super tasty.

Did you know that popsicles is a great way to use up left over fruits or practically not so tasty fruits. If your fruits are not that sweet, add more sweetener. But it is always best and refreshing to use strawberries which are sweet.

Now you can find so many popsicle moulds, in different shapes online. I love using medium size moulds, so it is perfect for one serving without half of the popsicles melting away before you even have it.

    • Strawberries - use fresh strawberries if you can. Else you can use frozen berries too.
    • Sweetener - honey, sugar or maple syrup can be used to sweeten the shake.
    • Milk - use full fat milk for blending. For extra creamy texture, you can use cream instead of milk. Or use half cream and half milk.

7)Take popsicle mould, Fill with the blended strawberry mix until it is ¾th full.

8)Leave some space in the top, because as it freezes the popsicle expands. Now cover the popsicle and place this in freezer and freeze overnight.
