About Thai Iced Coffee Boba Recipe

Boba is made from tapioca starch, also known as cassava starch, and is often referred to as tapioca pearls. They are small spheres that are frequently simmered in brown sugar syrup to give them a sweet flavour and a dark black color. Boba or Bubble tea is a tea-based beverage that first appeared in Taiwan in the early 1980s. Taiwanese migrants introduced it to the United States in the 1990s, first in California through areas such as Los Angeles County, but it has since spread to other countries with a large East Asian diasporic population.

Ingredients for Thai Iced Coffee Boba Recipe

    Boba Pearls

Boba pearls are made from tapioca starch derived from cassava root, so concerned customers can rest assured that no gelatin was used in the production of these tiny balls of deliciousness.

    Instant Coffee powder

One of the best options for substituting espresso powder in chocolate desserts or spice rubs is instant coffee. Although they are very similar, instant coffee is less concentrated than espresso powder and will therefore give your recipe less richness.
