    This delicious apple halwa makes a quick and easy sweet which you can make in minutes. It is perfect for diwali or any special occasions.

    Ingredients
      

    • Apple - 2 peeled and pureed
    • Sugar - ½ cup
    • Ghee - ¼ cup
    • Food Colour few drops
    • Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
    • Cashews - 2 tblsp
    • Kishmish - 2 tblsp

    Instructions
     

    • Heat ghee and fry cashews and kishmish till golden. Drain and set aside.
    • In a nonstick pan, add apple puree and cook till the moisture is gone.
    • Now add in sugar and mix well. Cook for few mins.
    • Add in ghee and food colour and mix well.
    • Cook till it leaves the side of the pan.
    • Add in fried nuts, cardamom powder and mix well.
    • Serve.

    6)Set aside

    7)Take apples

    8)Peel off the skin

    9)Take it in a blender

    10)Puree till smooth

    11)Take apple puree in a pan

    12)Cook till moisture dries up

    13)Add sugar

    14)Mix well

    15)Add food colour

    16)Mix well

    17)Add ghee

    18)Mix well

    19)Cook till it starts to leave the sides

    20)Add in cardamom powder

    21)Add fried nuts

    22)Mix well

    23)Serve
