    Ingredients
      

    • Apple - 2 peeled and pureed
    • Sugar - ½ cup
    • Ghee - ¼ cup
    • Food Colour few drops
    • Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
    • Cashews - 2 tblsp
    • Kishmish - 2 tblsp

    Instructions
     

    • Heat ghee and fry cashews and kishmish till golden. Drain and set aside.
    • In a nonstick pan, add apple puree and cook till the moisture is gone.
    • Now add in sugar and mix well. Cook for few mins.
    • Add in ghee and food colour and mix well.
    • Cook till it leaves the side of the pan.
    • Add in fried nuts, cardamom powder and mix well.
    • Serve.
