This has become one of my latest thirst quencher on this hot summer days. Love it so much, it is pretty easy to make and once you make the preserve, you can keep it for 2 weeks in fridge or more if you freeze them individually in ice cube trays.
Mint Masala Soda
Blue Curacao Mocktail
Fresh Ginger Ale
Sparkling Pink Lemonade
Watermelon Ginger Cooler
Basil Seeds Lemonade
Mint Masala Soda
Try to use little sour mangoes for this which has the tart taste which balances nice with the sugar and the spices..If your mangoes are not that tart, you can add extra lemon juice in this. You can even add some crushed mint leaves in this for more flavour.
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 to 20 mins
