    Homemade Almond Flour Recipe - Gluten Free Flour Recipe with step wise pictures.

    A gluten free flour substitute for all purpose flour or wheat flour. This can be used in cakes and baked goodies. You can even add this to smoothies too.

    This is a easy way to make almond flour, it is can be used in baking recipes or smoothies or whatever recipe which calls for almond flour.

    I used this to make marzipan and it was wonderful.

    Sambar Powder

    Homemade Almond Flour Recipe

    Ingredients

    • Almonds - 1 cup

    Instructions

    • Take it in a blender and powder it finely.
    • Pass it through a sieve.
    • Store it in a air tight container or ziploc cover in fridge or freezer.

    Notes

    1)Don't grind it too much else it will get pasty and oily.
    2)Store this in a ziploc cover or container in fridge or freezer.
    3)This can be stored for over 3 to 5 months in freezer.

    Pictorial:

    3)Put it in a sieve

    4)Pass it through a sieve so it is fine.

    5)Store it in a container in fridge or freezer for many months.
