A gluten free flour substitute for all purpose flour or wheat flour. This can be used in cakes and baked goodies. You can even add this to smoothies too.
This is a easy way to make almond flour, it is can be used in baking recipes or smoothies or whatever recipe which calls for almond flour.
I used this to make marzipan and it was wonderful.

- Almonds - 1 cup
- Take it in a blender and powder it finely.
- Pass it through a sieve.
- Store it in a air tight container or ziploc cover in fridge or freezer.
