Anchovies 65 Recipe - Nethili Meen 65 Recipe
- Anchovies / Nethili Meen - 500 grams
- Curd / Yogurt - ½ cup
- Lemon - 1
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tblsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Rice Flour - ¼ cup
- Oil for deep frying
- Mix all ingredients except oil and leave to marinate for 30 mins.
- Heat oil for frying and fry this till crispy.
- Serve hot.
1)Take yogurt in a bowl
2)Add lemon juice
3)Add kashmiri chilli powder
4)Add garam masala pwoder
5)Add turmeric powder
6)Add black pepper powder
8)Add rice flour
10)Add anchovies fish
11)Mix well and leave to marinate for 30 mins
12)I placed the lemon skin while it is marinate to remove all the fishy taste
13)Drop in hot oil. Dont mix as soon as you put in hot oil
14)Fry till crispy
